HOOP SCOUT TOTAL EXPOSURE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
This Agreement is entered into on this _____ day of 2008, by and between John Jordan, an individual, and
"Student-Athlete Parent", an individual.In consideration of the mutual promises set forth hereunder, the sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged, John Jordan and "Student-Athlete Parent" agree to the following: The duration of this
contract is for one year beginning on
___________________, 2008 and ending one year from that date unless otherwise indicated. The named "Student
Athlete Parent" may terminate this contract at any time upon written notice.
Time shall be of the essence in the performance of this Agreement. If any part of this Agreement is held unenforceable
for any reason, the remaining portion of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and shall be carried out in a
manner which is consistent with the intentions of the parties hereto.
In the event of any dispute or legal action between the parties concerning the enforcement or interpretation of this
General Contract, each party shall be responsible for their own attorney's fees.
